I was always into gaming, but it was only when I played Devil May Cry, everything changed for me, I got it on my 9th birthday and from there on out gaming become such a pivotal part of my life & a hobby I never lost interest in.
Elden ring and sekiro

Shit my earliest memories are with a controller in my hand so I can’t say I remember, but the top 5 games that meant the most to me around ages 3-4 were sonic adventure 2, smash melee, crash 3, Mario duck hunt combo, and here’s a deep cut, Grabbed by the Ghoulies. That last one is a little unknown but it’s the first Rareware game to come out after Microsoft bought them. I still remember my dad walking in with the Xbox and joking he forgot to buy the games which were stashed in his jacket.
OG Gears
Crash Bandicoot 2 and Castlevania Symphony of the Night on PS1 made me a badass platform gamer when I was a kid.
Duck Hunt
Crystal Caves and the old side scrolling Duke Nukem, they were both on the same shareware floppy disc and changed my life forever. I wasn’t allowed to play videogames so it was a clandestine and limited hobby for a long time. Now I’ve got 3 consoles in my bedroom alone and it’s the dream.
Your mom.
Zelda OOT
Chex Quest lol
Probably The Incredible Machine on PC when I was like 7ish? Followed by the Magic Schoolbus game and then Ocarina of Time when we got an N64.
I started out as a snes gamer but I became a real gamer during my n64 days. Starfox 64, I remember doing no hit campaign runs on hard mode when I was only 8 or 9 yrs old lol. Super Smash bros, I got so good at the game I would challenge myself by fighting against 3 cpus at max difficulty and handicap lol. I think that’s when I started to really challenge myself in games. I’d go to Eb games and they would have a demo station with smash bros and I’d go and play against other randoms lol.
Super Mario Bros on NES. I still remember the moment I saw the game for the first time.
I was 5-6 years old when my Grandfather showed me first games in my life - Hexen, The Dig, Monkey Island, Outlaw and Full Throttle. Later, when I was about 10 years, he built a PC for me (we were actually discussing RAM amount, video card, etc.) and I continued my gaming journey.
Not only did I play games and enjoy the most exciting stories and experiences in videogames, but I also became a game developer thanks to him.Probably Burai Fighter on the NES
