We haven’t looked a lot at dragon media. The only thing we’ve experinced would be some vague memories of How To Train Your Dragon, wanted to get into it again, but heard that it’s mostly geared towards children. Plus, there’s emphasis on dragons and “trainers” and well, we’d rather to have the focus on dragons. Sentient, language speaking, personified, dragons, is what we want.

We’d rather have something to watch (send us YT vids, animated shorts, etc), we’re okay with comics as well. We’re not super big into reading text, but we will try to read if it’s something super interesting to us.

Thanks!

EDIT: We’ve also had a an absolute blast, playing Dragon Mania Legends as a kid, we absolutely adored (and still do!) the design of dragons of that game. Take a look at the banana dragon and tell us that this isn’t silly and cute :D

Edit 2: Preferabbly cute and wholesome! No fighting or wars, but we’ll take what we get.

Unfortunately my greatest suggestion is reading text, Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey. Pern is a planet where a red star comes and drops “thread” which is a material that consumes all organic material, but can be burned by fire. The dragons and their riders are what keeps people/crops/etc from being ravaged by the thread.

The dragons and their riders have a telepathic bond, where the dragons are intelligent.
