I got Archon 2, think I went 5/7 in my placement matches with the last two beings losses. I think I performed well in them still fwiw, had a couple carries in earlier matches.
Pretty happy considering this is more or less my first MOBA I’ve actually gotten into. Have been thinking my MMR has dragged the party I usually play with in casuals into tougher matches.

I got Ritualist V, lost my first 4 placement matches really badly. Only manages a 2/7 win rate in the end.
Oracle 5; I don’t remember my win ratio, but I only played like 9 games.
That seems pretty good. I wonder how many people get awarded each rank, whether it’s all the same, or if the number shrinks for the higher ranks.
It will most likely be a bell curve distribution as usual, with Eternus 6 and Initiate 1 being the by several magnitudes most rare ranks.
I got put in archon 5, I was 11 wins and 10 losses. I have become Abrams q presser and… I’ve just been happier for it.
So far my two ranked matches since were both rather enjoyable, even the loss so fingers crossed that continues.
Oracle IV, goat gang. Was worried because I got bodied in my first two of the ranked matches but afterwards they seemed to be a lot more even, win or loss.
Noice. How many matches did you end up playing?
Just the 7 needed; while I generally had pleasant teammates in the ranked matches I don’t enjoy solo games a much as playing with a friend. I’m going to try to keep up with the ranked games each week, but I don’t see myself playing much more than the minimum needed for that.
I’m on Emissary V. Friend of mine I party up with sometimes got Emissary II, so apparently we’re a good match.
I lost more than half of my matches, but I was also the best player in the match in several of them, despite my team losing.
tracklock.gg says Archon V, not home yet to check ingame
I also got Archon V. Checked my ranked matches after, and a lot of them had Ascendents in them.
I only played the seven games necessary for a placement as I’ve been busy and also often lack the energy to properly focus on Deadlock. Given the quick play lobbies matchmaking has put me in (I was in a ~1100 neko score lobby the other week) I was bracing for a garbage rank as I also know my aim isn’t good and I’m getting older - though I don’t know if stuff like accuracy and movement is considered by the algorithm.
Ended up as Emissary which overall is a rank I’m quite happy with. I’ve mostly had a positive experience with ranked so far, so I just hope I’m not put in a skill bracket that’s too high for me to keep up with.
