Guidelines for posts:

You must include a link to the official website, archived website of the project, or the closest to “official” site you can find.
You must credit the authors of the project.
Projects must not cost money or require an account to access.
You must list the license of the project (e.g. GPL3, CC-BY-SA, Proprietary, etc…) Open Source projects are preferred, but proprietary ones are still great, given they are accessible at no cost.
No demo or trial versions.
Only post a project once. Spamming hurts the community.
Self-promotion of projects is welcome - given that you follow these guidelines and post it how you would any other project.
