What a garbage rag. They seriously are putting this on bikers for not “moving to the right.” I’m fucking livid with this crap and that editor should be fired. Garbage people running that news organization.
Doesn’t justify driver’s behavior, but note this wasn’t an organized event, it was a gang of bicyclists purposefully blocking streets to infuriate anyone. Both sides are assholes here, although driver is bigger one as he could kill someone.
There’s video in the article where they take revenge on the car, in the parking lot but I’m not sure if this is the same Mercedes.
Did you watch the video? Or see the screenshot in the article? The street is filled with bicycles. They weren’t blocking the street, they were using it.

Imagine how pissed that driver would be if they were actually following what the driver probably thinks they should be doing: riding single file next to the kerb.
The long queue of bikes would prevent the driver turning onto the road for so long.
