    Thank GOD! Now that the Court has Ruled on this the Law and Order Party will have NO CHOICE but to Follow the it!

      If they want to keep throwing away their cases due to this issue, that’s on them. The court, which is the entity they have to deal with when bringing these cases, just said: no, we’re not allowing this.

      So maybe the doomerism isn’t needed here.
