Depends on why it’s spicy, if it’s from red peppers that’s capsicin which birds can’t sense, but if it’s from any of the other spice compounds many can. As an example, the spice reaction to radishes is the same in avians. Black pepper is a more mild reaction but they still can detect it.

Aligning fascist isn’t something you self-identify as, it’s shown through actions. You choose to defend fascists either due to aligning with them or doubting our judgement and resolve, you are still apologizing for and defending fascists, and that makes you one of them bud. If you don’t align with their beliefs you shouldn’t defend them, as fascists or as human beings or you’ll find yourself surrounded by them instead of decent people. Hopefully they actually try him for it as the crime it is, though unfortunately I know from experience that people who commit felonies online often get shunned for it and told it was bad and that they could go to jail but rarely does anything actually come of it.

That speech of his is insanely immature, and to me it reads as an attempt to create more drama in hopes people will beg him to stay or agree with him. Instead of calling him out for being a manchild. If he does leave for good though, good riddance.

Fighting fascists with lethal force is not incitement of violence. It is act of self-defense and defense of the ones you love and care about. People who apologize for fascists directly, or in the “enlightened centrist” way are no better than the fascists themselves. If you find yourself defending Nazis you should check yourself, otherwise you’ll soon find yourself one of them.
