2·4 days agoRead a bit more into it. Her tenants’ rental contract came to an end, and they were given the option of staying on while the house was put on the market. They chose to move out, and the house wasn’t sold, and it was put back on the rental market.
It’s a four-bed house, and the market rate for a three-bed flat in that area is almost £3500. So £4000 isn’t out of sync with the area.
They weren’t evicted. The rent is ridiculous because it’s London.
Swindon Borough Council has a housing company, not sure if that is close to what you mean?
