Northwest UK, here’s my timeline so far. 512 OLED SD. Losing hope at this point tbh, people who ordered more recently have received theirs in my area. Valve really cheaped out on the delivery logistics here. Would gladly pay more for better/quicker delivery, just give us the option.
19/11 - Ordered
24/11 - Entered into GLS system, handed to GLS, left and then reached the parcel centre in Utrecht, on the same day.
28/11 - Duplicate notification to say "The parcel has reached the parcel center. " in Utrecht, Netherlands
ParcelForce still says “In transit - General Logistics Systems”
Do we have any idea what happened to the 25th batch?
Finally some movement! Ordered 19th, been in transit since 24th and tracking has just updated it’s in the UK. Fingers crossed for tomorrow but if Monday I’ll take it to end this shitshow.
Okay, cancelled my other order as this one is now (after refreshing 300 times) on the way to the delivery hub.
Wonder when it comes…
Fuck my fucking life. Given all the people who report Parcelfarce not delivering to them on the day, I decided to have a look at the collect from Post Office option.
But as soon as you click the link, it tells you that they’ve updated your preferences, the driver will take your parcel to a post office and will leave you a card through the door. So might as well have waited for it to be delivered to me.
Now I have no idea where it’ll go and what time I’ll get it. Also no idea how to collect. And no option to undo this selection.
Another day, another in transit
Mine has been sorted in the national branch according to Parcelforce, just updated!
Ordered 19th, shipped 24th.
My shitshow is over after my Deck was unceremoniously dumped on my doorstep this evening… tracking still showed it was in the depot. Obviously pleased the saga is over but I will never order from a business that uses Parcelforce / GLS again!
did anyone noticed the delivery time is changed for UK?
I remember that it needs 6-10 business day before 25th, and it changed to 3-5 business day aftet that. idk what happened here but hopefully everyone could get their deck soon😥

Imports into the UK
We are processing both GLS and postal imports with traffic flowing in both cases. Whilst there have been some short-term delays, items where duties, taxes and charges need to be paid are being processed through the depot network and recipients will be notified accordingly.
Where import items and in particular GLS imports require customs clearance these are flowing through the network but can be subject to delay due to import documentation requirements.
Please note – if you are aware that your item is being held in one of our delivery depots awaiting payment of customs charges you are not required to wait for the charge letter to arrive. Please contact the depot holding the item to arrange payment of these as soon as possible. Depot details can be located here.
Ordered 19th, transit on 24th and just had a notification an hour ago from parcelforce saying it’s in the UK and has been sorted at their national hub. No delivery date stated yet though.
GLS is still showing in transit.

I am 1/2 tempted to make a second order given I’m also stuck in the ordered on the 16th, dispatched on 25th and stuck in Netherlands purgatory but I’d rather not be out of pocket twice.
