What part of NO. FUCKING. RETREADS. Do you all not seem to understand???
Wow! Relax! Seems all coaches are retreads of some sort. They’ve all been let go from other staffs at some point. Would you rather have people on our coaching staff who have no previous experience whatsoever? Some great coaches are retreads. Reid, Belichick, Shula. Question: Bo doesn’t have much experience in the position he is in. If he isn’t retained for next season, who’s your guy? I asked about Reich for a possible OC only because some are better at being a coordinator than HCs. Example; Josh McDaniels, Fangio, Quinn, and more
Absolutely not. This is an insane take
The HC should decide that. Until you have a HC, it’s useless to talk about OCs.

There’s a chance the entire staff is replaced. Need to see how the rest of the year goes
Raiders need to stay the fuck away from him.
No. We need someone youthful, innovative and connected to the players. We also need a true scheme.
He struggled with a prime Philip Rivers in San Diego, and was fortunate to be in the right situation with the Eagles. We all know Doug Pederson was the play caller for that Super Bowl team. Frank wasn’t bad in Indy, but the team regressed with the QB play. Going from Andrew Luck to a washed up Matt Ryan, with a host of QB’s in the middle didn’t help. Pass on Reich.
Have you seen the Panthers offense? I can’t even say they’re any better than the Jets.
I don’t follow the panthers, I just figured they didn’t have any offensive supporting cast, including the O-line.
No oline and no weapons
I wouldn’t see any reason to take him over Ken Dorsey and I’m not really convinced that would be a good idea either
Our HC needs to control the offense.
No more failed, recycled, coaches. I don’t care if they move to a coordinator position or a specific coaching role. What did Nathaniel Hackett truly teach Zach Wilson? Yea, I know Zach sucks but Hackett did not improve Zach’s skill set at all. Hackett is a terrible coach at every level, regardless of what Aaron Rodger says. Josh McDaniels… I won’t even get started.
