US. UPS delivered my deck to someone (not me) and I submitted a support ticket through Steam. Anyone know what to expect from Steam support in a situation like this? Should I just request my bank reverse the charge for non-delivery, or do you think Steam would make this right?
Ugh I’m always so scared of this happening to me again, lost a GPU this way last summer and neighbor “had no idea” what happened to the package lol. Once I get my shipping info, I am going to request for UPS to drop it off at my local CVS that has a package pickup just to be safe.

I wouldn’t do a chargeback, apparently they just ban your account. I filed a support ticket of my own yesterday and still haven’t heard back yet.
