5600 has more l3 cache than 5600g. 5600g has an igpu.

In terms of game performance, you’ll see a very small jump in performance (3-8%) in favor of the 5600. But in fps games you’ll find a benefit of 30-70%

Source: I was deciding between a 5600g and a 5600 back when I was building my current rig, so I looked through a bunch of benchmark videos. In conclusion: the difference isn’t particularly noteworthy unless you’re going to play fps too, in which case the 5600 is the better option.

5600G has built-in graphics units on the CPU, so it would naturally cost more than the CPU without graphics.

For the raw CPU compute capability, I think it’s the same.

The 5600 is the better CPU. The only reason you would want the 5600g is to get the integrated graphics.

If you don’t do any gaming and don’t plan on buying a dedicated GPU. The 5600g is completely fine as the integrated GPU will take care of all the small day to day desktop tasks.

If you do any gaming get the normal 5600, the extra L3 cache makes a difference in gaming and you won’t be using the iGPU as I imagine you will also pair it with a dedicated GPU.

5600 has more cache than the 5600G. More cache significantly improves Ryzen performance.
