You are not falling off kids are just better. When the first call of duty came out with the Xbox 360. I was always ranked high with K/D. Over the years my numbers dwindled but my skill level hasn’t changed. The addition of PC and cheats have made it so I don’t enjoy pvp at all anymore. Kids are either really good or they cheat like crazy so it’s just not fun
