I’m a network dude. Nothing pisses me off more than asking a dev what their source IP and destination is during troubleshooting.
They will give you their MGMT source and destination. Instead they should have given you their production source IP to load balanced vip backend servers to destination so I can figure out your public NAT and ask you why you chose to go public internet to the cloud. Call ended, I refuse to troubleshoot the public internet.
