    That is a wild statement.
He has shown his physical limitations.
He has a decent to good feel for the game that comes with his maturity and age, but the arm isn’t there and with how old he is it’s not gonna get better to compete with all the freak arms we have in the league now.
His arm being better than Jimmy’s is too low of a bar for him to be given next years job.

He’s gonna have a long career and make boatloads of cash as a premier QB2. He’s that guy you want making spot starts when your QB1 goes down because he will run the full system and be good enough to keep a team afloat. What AOC is not is one of the best 32 QBs on the planet(IQ + elite athlete.) He’s doing an admirable job and I’d love to roster the kid for the next decade. But he can not and should not be the Raiders top option breaking camp in any given year.

        Boatloads probably not.
He won’t get another contract until he’s 29.
And if he ends up behind a QB that doesn’t miss time there probably won’t be a reason for him to get a contract.
Especially since teams will probably just take chances on failed talent.

I’m going to reserve that judgment until the end of the season, so far I like what I’m seeing given his/this franchise circumstance.
