She blew the whistle to stop a promising attack when she awarded the penalty but then gave Copenhagen the ball after review (which means they gained a massive advantage from having a pen called against them…).
If she restarts with a drop ball for Bayern on the wing there, there would still be some complaining about not getting the pen, but that’s a judgment call either way, giving Copenhagen the ball is an unambiguous error by the ref.
The only thing I want to understand is why they go the ball after the penalty got overturned because we were clearly still in possession before.
