I’m probably a bit basic here but I really like the Rolex Air King, Milgauss and explorer GMT, so probably one of those, else a Hamilton field watch.
I think the Tudor Black Bay line fits the bill pretty well. I’m considering a BB54 - really like the vintage feel the 37mm diameter gives it.

Maybe a Weiss manual wind? I’d prefer a date but it was the first thing that came to my head
I feel like I’d want a date and potentially a GMT function, but finding those in a rugged case isn’t trivial
Tudor BlackBay 54 or Rolex Explorer 124270 would do it for me. Both can take a beating, will actually look good (improved?) with some battle scars, and they’ll be pretty easy to “kinda get away with when wearing sport watch with a suit”, which I’m personally not a fan of as I’m not James Bond.
