What’s your go-to game to “grind” on the Steam Deck? With the portability I imagine a lot of the community takes advantage of grinding levels/resources/materials/unlockables on games while away from their gaming setup.eam Deck allows me to chill in bed, on the couch, or away from my desk in general and still game.

Any suggestions?
Dragon Quest Monsters!
Black Ops Zombies.
No one is gonna say it? World of Warcraft Classic. Works amazing with consoleport add on.
I even throw it on the big screen and use my xbox controller from the couch.
I love it on deck but each time I exit the game all of my key bindings are gone! Each time I launch the game I get the setup screen from consoleport asking me to load an Xbox config.
Mine at the moment is darkest dungeon 2. I can’t get enough of it
Lately I’ve been playing my deck way more than I ever have. The sort of “grind” game I’ve been painfully stuck too is Snowrunner. A sort of off-road simulator type game where the goal is to drive really big heavy vehicles through slick mud, through trees, and up hills, so you can recover a sunk vehicle or deliver wood planks somewhere. It’s frustrating and slow but I can’t stop
Diablo 4
Subnautica
At the moment it’s Gotham Knights.
As of rn…Kobold Kare…😅
WoW and Warframe which I started last night
Cult of the Lamb - The Cult management system and short yet fun minigames make it my go to game whenever I’m not in the mood to spend the entire evening gaming but still have to escape for a bit. The dungeon crawl levels aren’t that long either and provide a thrilling experience. Great for when you’re laying in bed with your STEAM Deck and still wanna be gaming.
Currently, Rhythem Heaven Fever on EmuDeck and before that Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.
My backlog. That’s why I have taken a break from grind games like any rogueli-te/ke.
Fallout 4, the steamdeck is my only gaming device. I remember ppl told me before I bought my SD that it could never be my main gaming, but it’s been perfect for it
If I’m out or want to kill some time, I usually play something compact with high replay value.
-
Vampire Survivors
-
Boneraiser Minions
-
Cats Organized Neatly
-
Railroad Ink Challenge
-
Sagrada
Just to name a few. I’ve also recently gotten deep into Moonstone Island. The deck is really damn good & I get so much more out of my library with it.
