    Honestly can’t say I’m surprised about the level of effort put into the “enhanced” or “reloaded” version of Kingpin. Was one of my favourite games back in the day but this just cannot be supported in any way

      You mean the wobbly models? The game uses the Quake II engine, which handles animation keyframing very poorly. Imagine a model being animated at like 10 frames per second; the engine tries to interpolate between these keyframes by moving individual vertices from one position to the next in a straight line.

      Quake II has the same issue, although it is only really noticeable on weapons. If you check out that game’s remaster (by Nightdive Studios), they added optional enhanced models that work around the issue by being fully animated.

    I never played or even heard of this game, but from that video the original and enhanced look pretty much the same to my eyes.

      yeah that’s why I can’t understand how they can even consider this a remaster, it’s just sad

    I actually bought this game when it came out. It was a pretty meh game then. The best part was some of the female characters wearing kinda see-thru shirts.
