Honest question: what is the deal with sanitary towels in the US? They seem to be really big and really thick - I’ve tried Kotex, Always… they’re like nappies/diapers. And they don’t stick!
Can anyone recommend a brand that is more like what we would get in the UK? Slimline and where the wings actually stick please?
US Kotex and Always come in several different lengths and thicknesses. They are sold both with and without wings. If you’re getting pads that are bulkier than you prefer, it’s because you’re accidentally choosing that configuration. The overnight ones are almost twice as long as the lights, and at least as thick as a nappy. Whereas ultrathins are as slim as a pantiliner; no one could confuse them with a nappy.
