    It has the image of the world’s greatest (by volume) mass murderer. I would buy it just to take a dump on it.

    Ahah yes Ive had a few of these in China. They last from a couple of days to a month depending on your luck. But still love them.

    Yes. It was created, shipped and sold, passed through at least one pair of hands to end where it is today, available again for purchase. No need to thank me, I do this for fun.

    I think it’s just a regular quartz watch with a graphic image on the dial.

    There are various versions of these waving watches. It’s usually a cheap and rather ropey manual wind movement, with the arm stuck on the pallet fork so it waves - doesn’t do much for accuracy, but that’s not really what they’re about. The Mao one can still be found on AliX for about £10-15 I think.

    Here are a few more from my collection - in addition to Mao I’ve got Queen Elizabeth II (definitely my favourite) and George W Bush, along with some other stupid novelty watches.
