A slight disappointed we didn’t break the CL record of scoring most goals in a single CL match. The record is 7-0 and I definitely wanted to break that, we could since we had 5 goals in the first half.
I have held red membership for 13 years, i average 4 games a season, women, small cups, and the odd premier league.
Yesterday, i received an email saying they have cancelled my membership because i am linked to someone who is or has been banned for using automated software.
I am so angry, i will call them when they open. I take forever to get Silver, I dont want to be put to the back of a 20+ year queue.
Get fucked olympiacos
can’t stand this, i need partey out by january. make room for another dm, who can play more than 10 games a season.
The Havertz hate brigade used G/A among other things trying to prove the signing of Havertz was bad.
Last season (22/23) Xhaka got 9 goals and 7 assists. This season so far Havertz has 3 goals and 1 assist. I will follow this stat with great interest and if Havertz equals this stat I will throw it in your faces.
I’m one of the biggest pro-Kai in DD and even before he started playing for his role (which is different from Xhaka’s) on the ball we must only judge output, he’s supposed to have fewer touches than everyone in our front 5, because he has to roam around trying to find space whilst Zinchenko plays as a "left 8.
Since Zinchenko does pretty much the same but carrying the ball away from his position, Kai doesn’t that role instead keep He plays a hybrid of left 8/second striker, but when Tomi plays he has more freedom and start doing his “ramdauter” role (I hate that name I’ll come up with something different)
A better comparison might be Kai’s first X games to Xhaka’s first X games as an advanced 8 in 433, dating from his return at Goodison in December 2021.
In his first 15 matches in the role (PL only), Xhaka had one assist. (And had enjoyed two whole years of working with Arteta prior, though in a worse Arsenal side.)
In his first 15 (PL+CL) Kai has 3G+1A. (With no prior Arteta experience, if in a much better side.)
What he hasn’t done is started this season with a purple patch like the one Xhaka had last season, where he had 3G+3A in his first 15 (PL+EL).
But then he only had 2 assists in a run of 14; Kai will have plenty of opportunity to catch up.
I love Granit but two of his goals came in our end of season dead rubber, didn’t they?
Yup.
And two assists in the Chelsea match after the league was gone.
Had a dream that our frontline was Mbappe, Osimhen and Saka. Midfield of FdJ, Rice and Bellingham. It was…something.
Big Gabi’s block right there at the end, to protect that clean sheet, is probably one of my favorite moments from the game, that surge of passion after the block. And to say that in a 6-0 victory is definitely something, love this lot so much.
Something something fogging estandards
Anyone know if there’s a story behind Havertz’ goal celebration?
it’s a donkey
Makes him look like a cobra /s
Pickford usually deserves it though.
no idea but I remember he did it at chelsea probably just did it one time to troll fans and then just kept up with it
Top 5 goalscoring team in UCL group stage: Arsenal 15, Atletico 15, Man City 15, Real 13, Man United 12. One of these is not like the other
Were top of the league and won our CL group in 5 games but united and Chelsea are way better than us
United always being in -GD makes me happy for ten hag and that team to stay forever
poor opposition and all I know I know but it is really funny some people spent all summer saying Ødegaard Havertz Saka Jesus Martinelli wouldn’t work and in their first 45 minutes together all 5 of them scored lol
We lost on field tilt, sack that lego hair fraud NOW
In the second half we turned it round as well
I like modern stats but field tilt is garbage
Wahi looks like a good player. I reckon we’ll see him in the prem before long.
I think he’ll never play for a big club because of his past (he’s good enough, just a shady character). He will ball out for a West Ham type though.
What’s shady about his past?
