Being honest - I love Gruden, and I’d love him back with the team someway. Being the OC for AP would be great, but doubt Gruden would take that.
AP is fantastic for morale and the team is all in. But I want to see the rest of the season, too. We could have beat the Dolphins, and we should have beat the Chiefs.
Whoever we get as coach should not get total control. I’m sold on Champ as GM, like he should have been years ago. People shit real hard on the Gruden draft picks but he did find Miller, Crosby, Jacobs, Renfrow, Amik. He just wiffed hard on the rest.
