I would love 18 points but I think 14 is a more realistic expectation
I have no idea where you live so these times are very frustrating
Honestly I’m fine with losing at anfield and winning the rest, or drawing at Villa Park and Anfield
So yes, 14-15 pts is my general expectations
Thats one way of putting it, obviously hindsight is 20/20.
Really curious how we’re gonna play away to Villa that will tell us a lot about the rest of it

honestly as long as we win at Anfield don’t care if we drop points to villa or brighton. Anfield is far too much of a hoodoo ground for us and i want revenge for our last meeting. it derailed the title charge
Nah, I want revenge for what Brighton did last year at home (cup & epl).
Looks like 18 PTS is on the Menu.
Lets get some additions innon 1st of January to bost the squad.
A body in CM and CF/Rw
Not sure what will happen with the keepers but Karl Hien cannot be #2.
Anfield obviously the toughest but im more nervous abiut villa away tbh. Feel like we can eke out a draw at liverpool but villa will do us in if we arent on it
Always disliked playing liverpool, just something about that lot
Hoping for 16 points out of a possible 18, could see us getting 14 with another draw mixed in.
Win, Win, Win, Win, Win, Win
Are you calling the dog?
16/18 would be fantastic but realistically it’s 13-14/18 which given the fixtures isn’t terrible especially Liverpool at home
That’s a tough run but if you want to be champs you’ll have to produce on runs like this.
Honestly I’d be disappointed if we don’t come away with 16 points come the end of 2023. Only games that worry me are Villa and Liverpool away. I think the home games need to be wins, no if’s or buts about it. Especially want to end this hoodoo with Brighton at the Emirates. Luton and Fulham also need to be 6 points, we can’t be dropping points there.
Great we got the CL top spot in the group sorted so we can rest quite a few first team players before that Brighton game. Liverpool to Fulham run is where Arteta will need to use the squad well.
It’s a tough run of games but I think we’re in a good spot. The others have a tour run too. City only has Villa but they also have the club World Cup, 2 games. Liverpool has United but they the EFL three days before they face us. Villa has an away Europe game. Newcastle has a must win CL game and an EFL cup game against Chelsea. I’d stay S***s has the easiest run. No cup games and the only hard game would be Brighton.
If we can keep in first place until January and we get back Timber and Partey we’re in a good spot. As well as not getting other important injuries of course. If Jesus survives this period I’d be sceptic against bringing in another striker. I’d rather see a backup signing or someone to develop.
