The Jets have 12 interceptions and 11 forced fumbles this year. This is the same defense that beat the Eagles and willed their 32nd ranked offense to 4 wins.
AS played conservatively and that ended up being good enough to win. Quit complaining, Saints lost, we’re 2 games up, enjoy the win.
Really strong showing by the refs today. In the end, we did enough to get the win in awful conditions.
Ridder did enough. It was also nice to see a connection develop with Pitts. Bijan had some nice touches. Koo continues to be a freaking badass. Ebiketie needs to be on the field more.
A win is a win. Momentum is a thing. Bring on the buccs
RISE UP MFS
I love this D
Hideous game, but it’s what we have been begging for Ridder. He played mistake free ball and made a play or 2 when we needed it. Jet d is legit and it was a washout. I’ll take a W all day.
That was one of the football games that I’ve watched in my life.
The most concerning thing to me today was that our WRs were completely strapped all day. Oh well, a win is a win. RISE UP
A good ugly road win like the kind we never used win
What totally surprised me was that Bijan topped 1k all purpose yds for the season. That’s the quietest 1000 yds by a rookie that I’ve seen in a while.
So barring something awful happening (and this is the Falcons so who knows) Atlanta will win the division and host a playoff game. Blank def won’t fire Smith and I wonder if Smith is convinced to give Ridder another year or bring in a vet. What are your guys thoughts on Smith most likely staying?
Is it too early for Superbowl dreams
Jets defense showed the hell up today.
No matter what happens next week, it will have been 28 days on the calendar since our D gave up a TD
I get it was a bad game. But that defense is forreal and bates is basically an all-pro
ridder is bad. bates is good. jets are terrible.
