Hello just assuming someone on here know what I’m talking about, but just yesterday plugged my event desk speakers in after moving rooms. I played music and what I noticed is that is the music seemed to be going straight to my ears when sitting at my desk and I also noticed a slight pressure in my ears especially when I got closer to the speaker . It sounded almost like I had very clear headphones on but with nothing there. This is strange as I’ve had them for over 2 years and never experienced something like this I do very much enjoy it though. Can anyone help me understand this?

dunno what to say about the pressure as there is no way that some plastic pc speakers have enough low bass to pressurize the air to do that. as far as the beaming thats just shitty directivity and id say that for the first time ever you lowered your head enough that the speakers were on axis with your ears causing them to not sound like shit in the high frequencies. hope this helps if you want to know more look up speaker directivity and radiation.
