Minneapolis is still full of poorly trained sociopaths who are likely to detain him again, because nothing about the operation that led to his unlawful detainment in the first place has changed since that day, but the body count and number of court violations have increased. Shouldn’t there be consequences to discourage more ‘mistakes’ like this?
