U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani issued the ruling Thursday, blocking the Internal Revenue Service and Social Security Administration from sharing taxpayer data with the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Judge Talwani said the DHS’ claim that noncitizens lack Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable searches and seizures is ripe for abuse.

Judges say whatever and then do nothing cause the entire executive branch is diseased and won’t uphold anything. Judges aren’t much different from a homeless person wearing a black garbage bag and shouting at traffic these days.
Might as well just tell that to the judge overseeing my divorce and just take the kids no matter what she says - just taking precedent from the trump administration 😂
