Sounds like it requires patience I don’t have if I’m using instant coffee. However, iced instant coffee is really good so maybe I will just try harder next time I’ve got cold milk
If you are willing to go all unhinged, you can do what I do with my cocoa powder.
I fill a jar 3/4 with milk, add the powder close it and shake vigorously.
if you set it up (put it in a cup) then have the rest of your breakfast first and then have it last, that’s usually enough time for the coffee to dissolve.
(Or if you prepare before taking your morning shower)

Sounds good! I did try it last week, with the waiting as all and using a mug, but it was as lumpy as ever.

But does the cold milk then become room temp? Maybe it’s the brand of instant coffee I use, it’s more like granules than powder.
I mean, the cold milk will stay plenty cold (maybe it helps that I use a cup)
