This was an interesting listen, about the ‘enshittification’ of tech products. They start out good to get max users in, the descend to bare minimum so that profits can be maximised. Makes a lot of sense when the reasons are explained. Ok ok ok why do people lay their houses out differently to mine? 😭😭 I can’t find the bloody toaster! (/J but fr I seriously can’t find the toaster and nobody else is home)
There are some savages out there who, believe it or not, put their toasters AWAY in a CUPBOARD, EVERY SINGLE TIME after they use it. I have resolved that I will never again share a house with such a demented person if I ever have a choice about it
