Hey guys,

I just built a PC with 7950x3D, being cooled by a NZXT Kraken Elite 360mm cooler. I noticed that my CPU idles at 55-65 Celcius and is always around 5-5.3 Ghz.

My assumption is that the high clock speed is causing the high temperature but I have no idea what is causing the high clock speed. Any ideas?
