Am I a big dumb dumb? Is this not the NVME slot? I have this black “latch” that I. Can rotate, is that the ‘screw’ on my board? Do I pull it out? Do I rotate it to ‘hold’ the NVME in place?

I’m quite confused and would appreciate any help, I can’t find a tutorial on YouTube installing one with this ‘latch’ as I don’t know what they’re called ;-;
