I am having trouble getting my U6Pro access points to work. I have a UDM Pro controller. The APs are connected via a Cisco 3850 PoE switch. The switch is running a very basic configuration. Everything works fine when the WiFi profile is set to use the default network, but if I try to create a separate guest network for WiFi, clients are never able to get an IP address. I have configured the uplink port on the switch to be a trunk port, created a matching VLAN on the switch, and configured the ports for the APs to use the VLAN. Nothing I’ve tried ever seems to work. Anyone ever had any luck configuring a Cisco switch to work with VLANS from the UDM Pro? I’ve spent hours googling this issue, and always seem to end up with outdated information that doesn’t apply to the current UDM version.
