Looking for something like this

that can support the power from an access hub to a door strike. Due to ceiling conditions, I didn’t want to put the access hub in the ceiling so I opted to mount below the drop tile and put a low voltage ring next to the AH. I’ve got a camera jumped off the AH, a card reader and eventually a door strike. I’d like to use a 4 port wall plate to give it a finished look, but will use a brush plate if I need to just pass the 12v 1amp line.

Not a deal breaker if I have to use the brush plate, but again, wanted to give it some kind of finished look.
