Direct specific traffic to use VPN

I want to route all torrenting traffic over a VPN however the device I use for this has multiple uses so I can’t have all traffic routed through a VPN.

For some reason, my chosen VPN provider’s proxies don’t seem to be doing their job so this is my idea for a workaround.
