I run our office network on Ubiquiti gear and need to give a support contractor access to our controller, but I can’t figure out where to do that. Most of the information I’ve found involves/requires a Ubiquiti “cloud” account, which we are not using.

I’m using the older web controller UI but I tried switching to the new version and can’t figure it out there either.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
