Which notable trackers do not allow seeding through a VPN?

Obviously many trackers do not allow browsing the site with a VPN.

But I guess some don’t even allow seeding with VPN? Does anyone know which ones are like this?

And why? This is just putting users and the site at risk. As long as users are logging in, browsing, and using the site with home IP to show their true identity, why does it matter?

Last thing I want is a copyright strike. The days of seeding without VPN are over for big name content. Seedboxes are great, I have them, but there is no affordable 70TB seedbox, you have to build that at home. And it needs a VPN.
