Apex had an RCE a few years back, which is lovely considering the kernel level anti-cheat. I don’t trust proprietary kernel-level shit. Whether it comes from a game dev or a cracker. Fuck that noise. If it doesn’t play in a (preferably linux, or worst case, w10 ltsc) VM it doesn’t play on my PC.
If you trust proprietary software, especially games, outside of a VM you’re already doing it wrong.
