I’m 90% sure I saw him getting detained and the carrier doesn’t even have plates in it. A cop taking it off him did it casually with 1 hand and the vest wasn’t weighted down by 6-12 lb plates on either side. It looked about as ridged as maybe the dense foam or plastic meant to hold the plate snuggly.
He’s cosplaying and he thinks he looks cool. But he can’t even be bothered to even make it any better than a crappy Fortnite knock off skin bought from Wish Halloween (like spirit, but with a new and improved funky smell)
Naw. That’s what the vest is for.
(But he really should learn how to wear it. That loose might be more likely to get him dead than not wearing it all. Assholes shouldn’t cosplay.)
