There’s a show on Netflix called The Chair, where a professor faces controversy because he randomly does a nazi salute in class. Coincidentally, I watched it around the time Musk did a nazi salute on live TV. Throughout the show, I kept thinking “man, all you had to do was not do a nazi salute”
