Like 5x3gb modules making the total of 15gb of VRAM. Usually the black chips placed just around the actual GPU chip.

One single module, aka one chip on the graphics card. A graphic card can have multiple chips/modules. Like 5x3gb modules making the total of 15gb of VRAM.
