Figma runs entirely web based and if Adobe buys it it can be killed off at any point.

Resolve is also proprietary.

Difference beeing, you can download resolve onto your pc and use it forever without updating, even if they decide to cancel the free version or get bankrupt. Figma runs entirely web based and if Adobe buys it it can be killed off at any point.
Penpot is a better option here.
