I’ve been getting over a dozen rando calls a day. Basically have had to put my phone on permanent DnD and then allow my contacts to bypass. No more!
This app is successfully blocking those annoying virtual numbers via STIR attestation.
Unfortunately it doesn’t fully block SMS. It blocks the notifications, but they still appear in your SMS app needing to be manually deleted.
Have you tried laws like civilized countries do? That, like in France, punish companies with up to 375 thousand euro per unsolicited call?

Here, if you report spam calls, they can retrieve the real call origination, and go to the source.
Some years, I reported some scammer calls, and within a week, they shut down the spoofed originating numbers, the advertized chargeable numbers, and confiscated the money the scammers had collected.
If the government wants to fix things, they can do this.
