I see the change they made - the red dotted line - I got no clue what it signifies
It’s simply a quick and easy way to make the image unable to be propagated further as propaganda, so that we can share it to discuss it instead of helping it spread. Any stray right wingers seeing this wanting to share the image with their own bubble would have to go and find the original instead of simply using the one shared here. It’s not perfect but it’s an added hurdle.
perhaps some identifier for the original image? like the sha key thing to verify downloaded files?
