I’m not sure I’m so much a fan of this. Maybe the recipe isn’t the best there is but it felt not that creamy and lacked acidity despite my attempts to adapt with some more apple cider vinegar.

adding a little american cheese style (we have Land o Lakes american cheese) is optimal for best results, because it does habe the emulsifyers. American and cheddar. I like putting hella black pepper in mine. aye. so good.
