It’s not enfeeblement, it’s the same corruption that has encapsulated the Republican party. Both Republicans and Liberal Democrats rely on a small group of donors and pacs to fund/buy/bribe their campaigns. This group is mostly led by Republicans billionaires and corporations so anyone can see the conflict of interest.

This is why the Corpo Democrats fight the Progressives harder than they do Republicans. Both are laying in the same bed and the mattress is filled with Republican money.
