Hi all,

I have a performance problem with WireGuard running on my MacBook (Apple M1 Max) (tested with both LAN and WiFi). I am using iPerf3 to measure the bandwith and only get around 164 Mbits/sec. When using a public iPerf3 server I get 576 Mbits/sec. On my iPhone on the same WiFi network I get the ~500Mbit/sec as well through the WireGuard connection (tested by using ).

I have not set the MTU on both devices and changing it doesn’t really help. Sometimes the bandwith on my MacBook is good, sometimes it isn’t (there is no real pattern).

Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!
