New to wireguard and pretty noob about nay network stuff.
I know the best way is to change my home network subnet/ip to something very different, but I’d rather not do that. other option is 1:1 nat…which I’m clueless.
All I really want to do is to allow access to my LAN net work with wireguard. What settings should I change on my client .conf to allow 192.168.1.xxx to work no matter if the connection I’m using may have that network?
Currently I’m doing the below and it works great on my cell network, but most other wifis it doesn’t allow me to see my lan network when connected.
[Interface]
PrivateKey = pvt key
Address = 198.18.5.2/32
DNS = 1.1.1.1
[Peer]
PublicKey = pub key
AllowedIPs = 192.168.1.0/25, 192.168.1.128/25
Endpoint = wan ip
PersistentKeepalive = 25
