You run after each other, once you touch another player they become the one to catch allothers). In my part of the woods you would agree on a (say, a tree) and couldn’t be cought while beeing in contact with it. We called is “House”.

We would always refer to your example of “house” as “home”, “base”, or “home base”
And I’m guessing “whole beeing” at the end was just a typo but in case it wasn’t, the correct use would be “while being”
