inspired by Maria’s last post, I thought I ought to show off my custom keyboard I made with my girlfriend! It’s a fucked up layout that I like. It’s technically open source but I really wouldn’t recommend it as I’ve never bothered to actually get the screen working 🥴

I’ve heard that its more ergonomic. Instead of stretching your fingers diagonally to certain keys, they just move forwards and backwards.
Haven’t tried yet because it looks too narrow. Will experiment with a split keyboard if I can find one cheap

But why are the pipe and slash keys on the bottom row :(
eh, let them have fun. seems pretty reasonable to me. not everything needs to bog-standard qwerty whatever everyone’s used to.
